The Advising, Counseling and Career is seeking front desk student worker position to provide outstanding customer service to our college community and guests. Primary responsibilities are to provide clerical and receptionist duties (telephone and in person) for the Advising, Counseling & Career Center front desk. Duties will include: -Assisting students, staff, faculty and guest as they come through the door -Scheduling and checking-in students in for appointments -Using E2E scheduling software -Monitoring Chat and Express Advising -Running transcripts and degree audits -Assisting students with career assessments -Assisting with eServices and Normandale websites as needed -Providing general information or directions to current students, prospective students or guests -Working with students in need of same-day counseling support -Working on special projects that are assigned by Advising & Counseling staff Evaluations/Reviews are given every three to six months. |
